Shipping Information

Orders are created and shipped within number of business days that is guaranteed in the descriptions of the items you purchased. Some items takes longer to build than others (it is mentioned in their descriptions). Please, be aware, we ship all the items in your order in one postage - right after the items that take the longest time to make are ready for you. Once your order was shipped, an email confirmation with tracking information ( with/without tracking number- depends which option you chose while checkout) will be sent to the email you used to place your beautiful order. This email conformation is a proof that the order was shipped.
 

US AND CANADIAN CLIENTS:

You should expect to receive your order in 3-15 days once your order was shipped.
Shipping time and having tracking number depends on which shipping method you choose while checkout. I usually ship everything by Canada Post. So you can find information in internet about Canada Post shipping time from Vancouver BC to your place.
* Canada post ships everything within Canada only with tracking numbers. US clients have an option to choose while checkout if they want tracking number or not.

EUROPEAN CLIENTS:
You should expect to receive your order in 1-4 weeks once your order was shipped, if you chose standard shipping method while checkout. It is faster, if you choose express shipping (details about shipping time are available while checkout, before paying for the order).
Having tracking number also depends on which shipping method you choose while placing the order. I usually ship everything with Canada Post. You can find information in internet about Canada Post shipping time from Vancouver BC to your place.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

You should expect to receive your order in 10 days - 3 months once your order was shipped. Shipping time depends on shipping method you choose while checkout and country of destination. I usually ship everything with Canada Post. So you can find information in internet about Canada Post shipping time from Vancouver BC to your place.
All further details about fees and tracking information you can be selected during checkout before paying for the order.

Warranty

If the item got broken during shipping or broken during gentle handling or normal use during first 7 days after receiving the order- please contact me. I can offer exchange or refund or repair it for you. This warranty does not cover negligence and abuse of the goods.

REFUNDS:
Refund can only be offered on packages that were never shipped within number of business days that is guaranteed in the descriptions of the items you purchased . Email conformation telling that items were shipped, with shipping information (with/without tracking number- depends which shipping option was selected while placing the order) is the proof of shipping.
Please be aware that delivery company’s deadlines can be delayed due holiday seasons, so if you see by tracking info that your order is still in transit- give it time: at least 90 days from the day of shipping, if you’re international customer, and 30 days if you’re in Canada or USA.

IMPORTANT:
* Please ship your order to the most secure address.
* Please be careful with entering shipping information, I just copy and print it on shipping cards without any changes.
* If you did not receive the email confirmation, that you order is placed in 24 hours after making the purchase on this website- please message me in Instagram @KristinaWushke or email on kristinawushke@gmail.com, it usually means that you made mistake in the email information while placing the order. Please let KW know your correct email to get future emails about your order.
* If the order gets lost, it is the delivery company's responsibility to help you with this issue. If KW will receive your order back from the shipping company (it can happen if the shipping address was wrong, or if the courier was not able to deliver the postage to you) we will contact you immediately.



RETURNS:
According to standard North American policy on returns and refunds on luxury accessories, returns are not accepted. Each product is a final sale. But you can always contact KW and explain your concern. We can offer you store credit. The amount will be discussed individually, depending on the case.
