Shipping Information
Orders are shipped within a number of business days that is guaranteed in the descriptions of the items. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive the email confirmation. Tracking information availability depends on a shipping method you choose at the checkout - with or without tracking number. This email confirmation is proof that the order was shipped. If you didn’t receive the email, please check the spam folder or contact KW.
US AND CANADIAN CLIENTS:
You should expect to receive your order in 2-15 days once your order is shipped.

EUROPEAN CLIENTS:
You should expect to receive your order in 1-4 weeks once your order is shipped.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
You should expect to receive your order in 1-12 weeks once your order is shipped.

IMPORTANT: KW ships via Canada Post. The information about Canada Post shipping time from Powell River BC to your place is available at https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/ . If you prefer another shipping company or want to receive the order before a certain date - please contact KW before placing the order.
Warranty
If the item got broken while shipping or gentle handling or normal use during 7 days after receiving it - please contact KW. We can offer exchange/refund/repairment of the item for you. This warranty does not cover negligence and abuse of the goods.
Refunds
Refunds can only be offered on packages that were never shipped within the number of business days that is guaranteed in the descriptions of the items. Email confirmation telling that the items were shipped, with shipping information (with/without tracking number- depending which shipping option was selected while placing the order) is the proof of shipping.
Please be aware that delivery company’s deadlines can be delayed due holiday seasons. If you see by tracking info that your order is still in transit - give it time: at least 90 days from the day of shipping, if you're an international customer, and 30 days if you’re in Canada or USA.
Returns:
KW accepts returns if items arrive to us in original condition and KW signature boxes. No damaged goods or KW packaging are valid for a refund. KW refunds 100% of the item’s price. The cost of shipping both ways - from KW to the customer and back to KW - is not refundable. Although, KW will contact you with an offer of store credit as partial or full compensation for the shipping expenses. If you have any questions, please contact KW.
IMPORTANT:
* Please ship your order to the most secure address.
* Please be attentive when entering shipping information.
* If you didn’t receive the email confirmation about placing the order within 1 hour after making the purchase - please check your spam folder or contact KW. It usually means that the email in the entered information has a mistake. Please let KW know your correct email to get future emails about your order.
* If the order gets lost, it is the delivery company's responsibility to help you with this issue. If KW will receive your order back from the shipping company (it can happen if the shipping address was wrong, or if the courier was not able to deliver the postage to you) we will contact you immediately.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS:
Returns and refunds are not accepted. Each product is a final sale. But you can always contact KW and explain your concern. We can offer you store credit. The amount will be discussed individually, depending on the case.
