Shipping Information

Orders are shipped within a number of business days that is guaranteed in the descriptions of the items. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive the email confirmation. This email confirmation is proof that the order was shipped. If you didn’t receive the email, please check the spam folder or contact KW.
 

CANADIAN CLIENTS:
You should expect to receive your order within 2–20 days after it has been shipped. Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

USA CLIENTS:
You should expect to receive your order within 2–20 days after it has been shipped. Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

EUROPEAN CLIENTS:
You should expect to receive your order within 1–4 weeks after it has been shipped. Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
You should expect to receive your order within 1–12 weeks after it has been shipped. Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.


Warranty

If your item is damaged during shipping, or shows defects under gentle handling or normal use within 7 days of receiving it, please contact KW. We will gladly offer an exchange, refund, or repair.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence or misuse.

Refunds

Refunds can only be offered for packages that were not shipped within the guaranteed business days stated in the item descriptions. Email confirmation with shipping and tracking information serves as proof that the item has been shipped.Please note that delivery times may be delayed during holiday seasons.
If your tracking shows that the order is still in transit, please allow sufficient time for delivery:

  • At least 30 days from the shipping date for international orders

  • At least 20 days for orders within Canada or the USA

Returns:

KW accepts returns only if the items arrive to us in their original condition and packaging, including KW signature boxes. Items that are damaged or returned without KW packaging are not eligible for a refund. KW refunds 100% of the item’s price. Please note that shipping costs both ways — from KW to the customer and back to KW — are non-refundable. However, KW may offer store credit as partial or full compensation for the return shipping costs. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact KW.


IMPORTANT:

  • Please provide the most secure shipping address when placing your order.

  • Double-check your shipping information carefully before submitting.

  • If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, contact KW — this may mean there was an error in the email address you entered. Please provide us with the correct email so we can keep you updated about your order.

  • If your order is lost during shipping, the delivery company is responsible for resolving the issue. Please contact us so we can assist you in communicating with the delivery company.

  • If your order is returned to KW due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you immediately.


    DISCOUNTED ITEMS:
    Returns and refunds are not accepted for discounted products, as all sales are final. However, if you have any concerns, please contact KW. We may offer store credit, with the amount determined on a case-by-case basis.
