Affiliate Program Information
Thank you for considering joining our stylish team!
Commission is calculated as:
Total order amount – shipping cost – 2% eCommerce fee – 15% customer discount (from your promo code) → 15% of the remaining amount is your commission.
If you already own a KW scarf, you'll receive your first thank-you gift (usually a silk scarf) after 10 orders made with your promo code. If you don't own one yet, you'll get your first gift after just 3 orders. A second gift will be sent after 15 orders since your last gift, and a third after 20 orders. After that, we’ll work together to customize the thank-you gift system. Please note that all gifts will have a minimum value of $100 CAD. These gifts not only allow you to enjoy wearing our beautiful products, but they also serve as excellent tools to help boost your promotions.
Payments are processed on the first day of each month, usually via e-transfer or PayPal.
There are no obligations to actively promote the brand. Whether you prefer to casually share your discount with friends or build a more passive income stream as a KW affiliate, the choice is yours. Your promo code will remain valid indefinitely unless you choose to step away from the program. If you decide to opt out, simply let us know, and we’ll discontinue your affiliate status immediately.
You can use any digital content from the KW website and social media to help with promoting.
Group Orders
You’re welcome to organize group orders to help others save on shipping. You can either collect the orders and let one person place the final order, or place it yourself. This can be a great way to boost your impact and make KW more accessible to your community.

Every affiliate creates their own promotional strategy. Here are some quick tips to help you get started:
Social Media: Share posts offering your promo code and direct followers to the KW website. Personalize your approach, especially in videos where you can connect with your audience directly!
Styling Inspiration: After receiving your first thank-you gift, share styling ideas with your followers. These visuals inspire potential customers to make a purchase.
Wear and Share: Promote KW by wearing our designs at events and sharing your promo code when people compliment your style. Real-life showcasing can be very effective.
Events and Gatherings: Showcase KW designs at group events, networking, or workshops. Let people touch and try on the scarves for a personal experience.
For Stylists: If you're a stylist, incorporate KW designs into your clients' looks for added impact!
